Upper Body Band Exercises

You can get a really great upper body workout. Exercise bands come in different amount of resistance, so you can go as heavy or as light as you’d like.
Resistance bands area must have item for home workouts. They’re compact and don’t require a large footprint like other weighted equipment. They can easily be packed for traveling to ensure you can continue to exercise no matter where you are.

Try to have slow and controlled movement to really ensure you feel that burn. With a moderate resistance, a good number of repetitions is 12-15.
I completed 3 – 4 sets of each exercise demonstrated in the video. Following the workout it’s important to stretch and have some protein.
